A centre rooted in community care
Dakamela Rehabilitation and Counselling Centre was established to respond to a simple, urgent truth: addiction affects entire families and communities, not just the individual living with it. Operating from our temporary office at Dakamela Hospital in Nkayi, Matabeleland North Province, our team works closely with clients, families and local health partners to make recovery support accessible, dignified and confidential.
Every programme we run is shaped by the belief that recovery is possible for everyone, given the right support, structure and time.
