How long is treatment?
Treatment length varies by individual and programme — from a few weeks of outpatient counselling to a longer residential stay. Your treatment plan will include an expected timeline, reviewed regularly.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is central to everything we do. Information is only shared with your consent or where required by law to protect your safety or the safety of others.
Can family attend?
Yes. Family counselling and education sessions are an important part of many treatment plans, and loved ones are welcome to be involved with the client's consent.
Do you accept medical aid?
We accept selected medical aid schemes as well as private (self-pay) clients. Contact our admissions team to confirm your specific scheme.
What should I bring?
A valid form of identification, any relevant medical records or referral letters, and your medical aid details if applicable. Our team will confirm anything else needed for your situation.
How do I get started?
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or our contact form to arrange a confidential assessment. See our Admissions page for the full process.
